Keep hydrated

Water is vital for health: our bodies don't work properly if they are dehydrated and we confuse sensations of thirst with feeling hungry, causing us to eat when we don't need to. In a climate like the UK's we should drink a minimum of 1.2 litres (6-8 glasses) of water each day. The warmer the weather and the more active we are, the more we need to drink.
