This dressing will keep in the fridge for about a week or so.

Ingredients

 

6tbsp olive oil
2tbsp Dijon mustard
2tbsp Red or white herb vinegar

 

1 level tsp salt
1tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method

 

Put all ingredients in a jam jar, put the lid on and shake it to combine.
