Peel the pears, cut them in half, deseed and then cut them up. Place them in a bowl with the watercress and rocket. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil just to coat, a small squeeze of lemon juice, and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss this all together and put on serving plates. Shave over some Parmesan or pecorino cheese, crumble the walnuts over and serve. |
